The purpose of our Sunday Night Equipping Groups is to train members of CrossPoint in specific areas of discipleship: Theology, Missions/Evangelism, Church History, Apologetics, Biblical Languages, Spiritual Formation, Relationships, Parenting, and Teaching/Mentoring. Our desire is for these classes to be intergenerational with youth and adults so that each can profit from the other.

Join us Sunday nights at 5:45pm; classes resume February 10, 2019!

WORSHIP CENTER  //  facilitated by Nick Taylor

We live in a visual culture, increasingly relying on infographics and other visuals to help us understand new and difficult concepts. Yet the visual portrayal of truth is not a novel idea. God communicated His truth to His people through the tabernacle, the sacraments, and even the Cross. Visual Theology presents the concepts and principles of systematic theology in a fresh, beautiful and transformative way. Using graphic displays and text that go hand-in-hand, these unique resources help connect the truth of the Bible to everyday life application. We will use this book and this study guide in this class; register or call the church office at 225.752.2400 to purchase both at a discounted rate.

FELLOWSHIP HALL  //  adult class facilitated by David Morrison & Jim Shoff

YOUTH ROOM  // student class facilitated by Wes Mckay

Adults & Students

The stories of people who have gone before us are to be remembered in order to shape how we live presently. This semester in equipping classes we will be doing just that. In Christian Biographies, we will reflect on the lives of people like Athanasius, Isaac Watts, C.S. Lewis and others throughout history. Join us as we seek to know God better through studying the lives of those God has used to advance His kingdom in ages past.

Children in First Grade - Fifth Grade

To catechize children is to give them a coherent and extensive system of thought that equips them to confidently interpret the world and their experiences in the world with a biblical framework. It also nurtures in children a love for and understanding of the essential doctrines for the Christian faith. Please contact the church office at 225.752.2400 or if your child plans to attend.
