Management Team
Does your church have business meetings in which people get red in the face and yell at one another? Ours doesn’t! One reason why we do not is our Management Team.

Under our current polity, the members of CrossPoint elect seven of their peers to serve a three-year term and charge them with the administrative leadership of our church. The Management Team usually meets with the Senior Pastor on the third Tuesday of each month at 6:30pm in the Fellowship Hall. All Management Team meetings are open to the membership, except when meeting in executive session.

Together with the pastor, the Management Team can approve purchases outside of the budget up to $2,500. The Management Team can also amend CrossPoint’s current policy manual.

The 2009 Management Team is

  7. Rob Wagnon

Other church officers include our Treasurer, Steve Stevens, our General Counsel, Charles Rea and our Pastor, Landon Dowden.

God continues to use this special group of men and women to help in the leadership of His Church.
